Personal Training & Recovery Analysis

FORME is a private desktop application for personal training, cycling, recovery and health analysis.

It combines activity, sleep and selected health data from connected services to provide a clear, private view of training load, recovery, sleep, performance and long-term trends.

FORME is designed as a personal analysis tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Google Health Integration

FORME can connect to Google Health using read-only access.

With your permission, FORME may import selected data such as:

  • sleep information
  • heart rate variability and resting heart rate
  • selected recovery and health metrics
  • weight
  • supported workout and exercise sessions

Google Health data is used solely to provide personal training, recovery and performance analysis inside FORME.

FORME does not use Google Health data for advertising, profiling, marketing or sale to third parties.

Private by Design

FORME is a local desktop application.

Imported health and training data is stored locally on the device running FORME. FORME does not operate a cloud database for storing your personal health or workout history.

Connections to external services are used only to retrieve data you have explicitly authorized.

Your Control

Access to Google Health is optional and can be revoked at any time through your Google Account.

You may also stop using FORME and remove locally stored application data at any time.
