• The prices stated on the product pages include the legal VAT. The prices do not include shipping costs though.
• Outside of the European Union VAT. won’t be charged. However, please note that for deliveries abroad additional costs to be paid by the customer may arise: postal charges, custom duties, and fees for the bank transfer.
• In addition to the stated prices we charge the customers € 4,90 (Austria), € 6,90 (EU), € 15,90 (World) of shipping costs within the European Union (for further shipping zones see the specific delivery information down below). The shipping costs will be stated clearly in the checkout.

• From a certain order value (find the amount for your shipping zone down below) MED will carry the shipping costs.
• The stated delivery time down below is from when the consignment is dispatched to when it arrives at the destination. In case of your consignment exceeds this time, contact studio@manuelessldesign.com.
• As soon as your consigment is on its way, you will be informed by email.
• The possible time of production is not included in the delivery time and could take up to four more business days. This depends on the workload of the MED studio and our suppliers.
  
  
• AUSTRIA ONLY: Customers who live near Graz/Graz Umgebung (zip 80*) have the possiblity to choose the option “pickup at the studio”. • • Customers can return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.
• • Customers need to carry the return costs.
• • Customers can also exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order. Contact studio@manuelessldesign.com or use the contact formular for help.
• • Worn products can not be returned. The goods must be new and have the original tag.
• • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Thus make sure it’s packed up secure and can’t get damaged on the way!
• • All goods will be inspected on return. Wrongful returns can be rejected and returned to the consumer.
• • After successfully processing your return you’ll receive the refund as soon as possible.
• • Refunds do not include the shipping costs or discounts of your order.
• • In case of you used a gift card for your order you will receive a new gift card as refund. You can not ask for money as refund in this case.
